I invite my clients to  have a consultation first to find out what is troubling them and their goals and then from there I will lead you into a deep relaxed state. But I will always explain everything that is going to happen before I take you into hypnosis.

About Me
I am a wife and mum of two gorgeous little ones. I am a staff dental nurse at The University of Portsmouth Dental Academy.
I first became interested in Hypnotherapy working in my other job as a dental nurse. So I completed a course that specialised in dentistry but soon after, wanted to take it further to discover all types of hypnotherapy and how I cold hep change peoples lives with it. After suffering a trauma myself in 2012, I tried many different therapies to help me but it was hypnotherapy techniques that really made the difference. So of course, I believe in it 100% and have and still benefit from it! After discovering the benefits of hypnotherapy I tried other methods of relaxation, meditation soon became a daily activity for me and in our current society of busy and stressful lives, it helps me relax, stay grounded, keep true to myself and be the person I want to be. This led to Reiki, receiving reiki as a therapy leaves me feeling wonderful and at peace. So of course, I wanted to train as a practitioner to be able to give this gift to others!
I am also a psychology and counselling student working towards my degree (Bsc HONS)
In 2012 my son was born, early and unexpected. After lack of movement he was delivered very quickly and we had a long stay with the wonderful Neonatal unit at Queen Alexandra hospital. It was later discovered through scans and many, many tests, that our baby had suffered a stroke whilst in the womb. He eventually came off life support and we were given the miracle of our child and the blessing of going home and adjusting to this new life as a family. Not only new parents but new parents that had to take each day, day by day, because no one new what was going to happen.
When something happens that shakes your entire world, it gives you a new perspective. You look at life and your world through different eyes. This is different for everyone. The universe was guiding me down a specific path. Every therapist that I had the pleasure to meet and who has helped with my healing have all been of the spiritual minded. My best friend follows a spiritual path and I could see where my experience and everyone involved, were leading me.

I truly believe I am the luckiest person in the world. To be given an extraordinary life of endless opportunity, to be blessed to have my family, my son and all of the exciting adventures we have together. To be given the gift to help other people through their struggles and times of need. It is my passion to help wherever I can.

Qualifications and Training

I qualified as a dental nurse in 2007 and then started my degree in 2014 which I study part time around work and my family. I took a little time off when I had my daughter and now I am working towards finishing it. Amongst all of that, I am also a photographer! Originally starting off with dental and clinical photography and then moved into portraits and wedding photography. I have a diploma in Hypnotherapy awarded by The Hampshire School of Hypnotherapy. I have been so incredibly lucky to have trained with such an incredibly supportive school. My teacher was highly experienced and skilled and such a wonderful woman. I will always be thankful to her for the time she invested in me and the confidence she put into me to be able to take a different career path!
